On August 28, 2026, ASEAN Securities (ASEANSC) successfully completed a share offering to existing shareholders, issuing 150 million shares to raise VND 1,500 billion and increasing its charter capital to VND 3,000 billion.
This marks a significant milestone that strengthens financial capacity, boosts investment resources, and lays the foundation for ASEANSC to accelerate its WealthTech strategy.
Strengthening financial capacity and accelerating the WealthTech strategy
These new resources enable ASEANSC to enhance its business capabilities, expand its range of products and services, and better meet the increasingly diverse investment needs of its clients.
ASEANSC is actively advancing its WealthTech direction, aiming to build a "one-stop-shop" digital investment ecosystem that integrates technology, digital products, and wealth management expertise.
The influx of financial resources will allow ASEANSC to continue investing in technology, developing products, and improving the customer experience, thereby gradually perfecting a modern and comprehensive investment ecosystem.
A Foundation for Long-Term Growth
More importantly, the charter capital of VND 3,000 billion represents not only a milestone in scale but also the first step in a roadmap to increase charter capital to VND 10,000 billion and launch an IPO for ASEAN Securities in the third quarter of 2027. Achieving this strategic milestone demonstrates a firm commitment to ambitious goals, sustainable growth, and the creation of long-term value for clients, shareholders, and the market.
Moving forward, ASEANSC will continue to focus on three key areas: strengthening financial capacity, accelerating technological advancement, and expanding its product ecosystem. These efforts aim to enhance service quality and deliver a more convenient, comprehensive, and effective investment experience for clients.
