On HOSE, foreign investors net sold VND206.84 billion. On HNX, foreign investors registered their net-selling status for VND25.3 billion. Foreigners’ top buying shares on HNX were PVS (1,063,700 shares), SHS (500,000 shares), VIX (441,400 shares), BVS (145,000 shares) and CEO (131,300 shares). Foreigners’ top selling on HNX shares were PVS (2,783,100 shares), SHB (287,400 shares), SCR (180,500 shares), VCG (156,000 shares) and VND (105,000 shares). TECHNICAL ANALYSIS VN-INDEX Analysis: Based on the moving of technical indicators, we believe that Vn-Index will test the nearest resistance range 670 – 680. Recommendation: In a negative scenario, when the index may correct, the nearest support range of Vn-Index is forecast at 650 – 660, where traders can take T+ buying for the short-term position. In a positive scenario, when the index may rebound, the nearest resistance range of Vn-Index is forecast at 670 – 680, where traders can sell a part of the existing short-term portfolio. Based on Kelly formula, the recommended proportion of the portfolio is 50% cash/ 50% stocks.
